Why borrow against an investment property at a higher rate than you can against your primary?

I use Avail software and it will list your property on 10+ websites. 

We don't have a ton of extra income to be saving for our next investment property and 2.

I just think for me $15000 would have been better spent on a down payment on a property.

Hi Jessica, I would suggest getting a propstream or any other lead generation account, finding cash buyers who bought similiar properties to yours in the last 3-6 months in the area of the properties you are looking to sell, skip trace then cold call or cold texting the list. 

Great, there is a lot of guides and resources on managing properties here, and analyzing deals.
