I’m currently working on 58 unit BTR development project and seeking one or two private debt investors to help fund it.

I expect that I will develop those same skill sets within my REI journey.   

I'm considering posting a development project on one of them for funding, but I'm not sure which one if any of these is worth it.

Im currently putting a plan together to develop a property with some existing infrastructure.
