This Spring the inspection scheduler "Beverly" retired and the whole program moved to a 3rd party contractor out of California who now handles scheduling (with the expected miscommunication and inability to make quick decisions resulting).I have been a supporter of LMHA and the Section 8 housing choice voucher program here in Toledo, Lucas County, Maumee, Perrysburg, and surrounding areas but the program really is now costing far more than we get out of it.

Affordable housing is still a hot topic.

Don’t really want to stop that, but just looking for someone to coach or assist me through my options here so I make an informed decision!

I'm sure there are likely articles and posts on the BP blogs about this very topic, don't be hesitant to check those out.  

It's a binary decision if it's in their budget.

Just my 2 cents of what I notice, so if you have experience on those topics share it, and it will pay off.

I would consult with a 1031 exchange expert on this, as they will provide you with the most accurate knowledge needed to make the best decision (assuming you go that route).Good luck!
