Magnolia has an incredible restaurant in another part of Waco, they bought a historic hotel that they are currently renovating, they bought an actual castle in the heart of the city that they are currently renovating, they own one of the largest real estate brokerage firms in the city that continues to serve the real estate market, and they themselves own several Magnolia short term rental properties that tourists can rent nightly to have the full Magnolia experience.

We focus on exceptional customer service by aligning our solutions with client needs, while innovation drives us to continuously improve processes and embrace new ideas.

If they're late multiple times and or declared bankruptcy, then I would expect them to continue, unless they can provide some clear explanation.If you're having problems renting, it is either a pricing, condition or marketing issueGood luckGino

It takes a lot of training and continuous study to stay on top of tax law, especially with all the changes in real estate tax rules.

Therefore, I have just continued to challenge them to think and seek solutions - and haven’t given them any advice yet.
