If any loan is made in violation of that written policy it is basically a stike against them in following prudent lending practices even if it was a great loan, it's still in vilation of the way the bank said they would conduct business.

If you pass the test-about 60% pass rate, you have to have at least 3 years of experience to gain the designation (where I am lacking) all of this on top of a bachelors degree requirement, ongoing yearly professional education and a code of conduct that must be followed or the designation is revoked.
