While many newbies may wholesale illegal but without the intent of illegal behavior, ignorance is no excuse to the law so it is important (in my opinion) to recognize that if you find out you operated in an illegal manner regarding wholesaling, you should certainly make sure not to repeat that the next time as you no longer have the excuse of ignorance.This is why it is so important to learn the proper way to do things, wholesaling or otherwise, and BP is such a great place to get that education, and for free I might add.
