Hi all 🙂Furnishing my first MTR and would love to know what your guests love and comment about your home that I should look to include.

Regarding your other comment, I appreciate the insight on having a mix of cash flow and appreciation properties.

I know anybody can sue anybody for anything nowadays, but it makes me feel a little better to separate business from personal.Since our policies with NREIG kind of piggyback off their master policy, there's probably some clause in the master that will only allow them to add investment properties held in company names....just guessing here, but it makes sense.BTW, the comment this original thread started from, is much easier today.

The point of this comment is to reinforce the point that the lease controls the renewal date.

Even now, putting my honest opinion opens me up to being targeted with negative comments and being banned from the alumni group for not "supporting" the group.Get a Bigger pockets book on flipping and you will get the same information. 

I agree with @Drew Sygit's  comments about knowing what is Class A, B, C and D.
