Two of them (the closest to the dishwasher) popped up and it's extremely visible, you would trip over the area.

The source unit had two disabled fire/smoke alarms (out of 4), including the one closest to the fire. 

If they limit the number of licenses, a portion of their population will be sitting in the gutters by the roadsides homeless (which is what they may want in order to increase the Federal Aid going to the city (to line the pockets of TPTB) there while perpetuating the actual problem the money is supposed to help). 

You need to ask the closest county where is the closest public sewer line to your property.

In either case, it sounds like they're dodging the work that really needs to be done, with regular band aid fixes. 

Their thinking is that if someone wants to sell with the aid of another party, just engage a realtor.

@Michael McInerney Rhode Island and Fall River are different markets so I’d recommend attending real estate groups in each one, or whichever one is closest for you.

I drank the kool aid around this time, and started reading/listening to podcasts as well.
