I'm now ending my 11th semester in my collegiate career and have decided that the Dental field isn't what I get excited about when I talk of my future, but rather investing in real estate along the way to becoming an Orthodontist and after starting my Dental career.

I wanted to be home with my children instead of deploying for a year, so I left my military job and became an Investor.  

When asked if there are any children (heirs) to the decease owners, he was not sure.

The hosts and their 2 children were spending the summer at a beach house they rented, wanted to cover the cost by renting their primary residence.

I need a place for my wife and children to live regardless of what happens to my investment properties or the economy.Another thing to consider are the legal requirements of flipping your primary residence.  

The benefit of a Series LLC is that you can form unlimited “children” series under the main “parent” series LLC structure.

I ended up moving my portfolio to single family homes that are B class and my situation improved.The other factor here is when you have children in the mix, you just don't have as much extra time.

@Tasia Larri I intended to start with house hacking multi families but do to my circumstances it wouldn’t work with the space we needed for my children.

That being said, most people who move to the area will have children.

I would appreciate honest opinions and options of how to enhance my situation while keeping a family balance because we also have two young children.
