Was it a Burger King or another national brand? 

Just imagine you going to a restaurant and ordering the "all american cheeseburger" and you expect it to come with ketchup and mustard but it comes with ketchup and mayo and even says so in the fine print in the menu.

Real Estate is the hardest place to make money if you don't already have money....So either get a job and save, save, save for at least 5 years, and think about RE investing....Or get into RE today and prepared to be paid a LOT less than flipping burgers in McDonald....

I would also like to get a lease backed by a national corporation like Bank of America or Burger King.Assuming I can find a deal that has meet all the criteria, am I missing anything else?
