We have lots of fun activity going on in the Real Estate market.

I just experienced my first eviction, oh what fun.

I have never found it to be very accurate but for fun I just looked up my house because we just had it appraised last week when we opened a HELOC and I was surprised at how close it was, Zillow has it just $27,000 under our appraisal, 6% off!

It's probably pretty high though.A fun factoid that I recently learned: In the 1980s your average MLO closed 2.2 loans per month on average.
