There was a recent Akron cop that was hospitalized after brushing some 'powder' off his shirt after a vehicle search.

My current situation...I have been brushing up on my knowledge and have been persistent learning the basics and language of real estate.

All that stated once again I'm not painting the entire MH industry with a broad brush.

It's painting a very broad brush and saying expansion in commercial has been going on for 8 years.First every market is local.

We use 2 sets of finished a "warm" and a "cool" the warm has espresso cabinets and oil rubbed bronze finishes, the "cool" has brushed nickel finishes and white cabinets.

Something I have used that turned out great and rediculously cheap is Brushed Aluminum flashing for roofs glued on the wall tacked with roofing nails below countertop and behind the bottom of the top cabinets.  

However this won't work because there are protruding ceramic soap dish and tooth brush holders hanging off the wall now, and I think a mirror at full length means it will be sandwiched between the wall and sink, it will most likely crack as I tighten and mount the sink against the wall...Plus it will be a big hassle to cut the holes underneath for the one drain, two supply lines and two sink mounting holes.

When we met her to look at the property we told her, if you accept this offer then you can put the paint brush down and walk away. 

Also we work closely with the section 8 office, this is an extremely lucrative method that most people brush off but aren't familiar with the process.

I usually find creative ways to solve my problems but never thought of something like that.My most creative problem solver was a  broken brush hog in a pasture.
