No one has a beef with anyone spending their money the way they want.

I am considering making renting a byproduct and start wholesaling.

Here's my beef with tankless heaters. #1 the unit is much more expensive. #2 they're supposed to be descaled every year and nobody ever does.

That country experienced MERS epidemic in 2015 where they lost 36 people, a small number but it scared the whole country, and they beefed up Ventilator preparedness which is paying off.

Happiness is, in large, a by-product our a person HEALTH and ability to engage in ones purpose.

for my wife and I its a lifestyle choice.. and the by product has been a nice living and a lot of freedom to choose who and where we work .. its hard work but its enjoyable ( most of the time)

Recession does NOT make for mass home sell off's, just look at history, we have had many recessions and NONE with mass home sell-off's ONLY '08' which the recession was a byproduct of financial system collapse, not the other way around. 

One Is a beef cow you slaughter and have a fantastic steak ONCE and the other is a top grade milking cow that you collect a gallon of milk twice a day for 30 years...I choose the milk cow.

While I have wholesaled some deals through the years, they where a by product of my other real estate investment activities.

The equity is dead dollars until leveraged back out or the property is sold.Using leverage as an asset protection strategy is a great by product of using other people’s money (the bank in this case).
