It became so bad I documented on other platforms that I do not list on CraigsList.   

Having bad tenants is not something you would like to have, thus make sure the tenant has sufficient income, credit, and who they are.

People see these 26-year-old YouTubers pretending to be rich and living their greatest life, and they think it's possible to become wealthy by just wanting it bad enough.

Quick context: I placed a tenant in one of my units after thorough background checks and collected security deposit + first month's prorated rent via Baselane (bad move!).

I'm not saying that you need stick around with someone no matter how bad they are, just that you need to be mindful on your projects going forward. 

In the last 2 years we have had two different properties where tenants left a bad flea problem behind, and it's a PITA to get them gone because you have to spray multiple times and vacuum everywhere multiple times. 

Long story short.
Went thru a relationship issue and lost it all last year. So the credit score is horrible (was a 822 before. Yes I am sick about it).
Over the summer i bought a home in cash that's worth 140-160k. ...

All complimented with Amazon fulfillment centers, google, and more tech manufacturing jobs.The bad reputation of “Detroit” comes from OOS investors wanting sub $40,000, D class properties in poor condition, because they pencil out to 2-3% deals on paper.

You really run the risk of bad construction biting you.
