Unless you have $5 - 10k MONTHLY to spend on marketing this is what you need to do to have any chance for success with wholesaling.

Hey @Ashley Kroft I love using Pricelabs feature of creating a comp set because you can really drill down to the finer details of what others are doing in the market, in your specific area.

They would likely be able to confirm that your expenses are reasonable for the area or that your rents are at market rates.
