We have run into issues from buying properties from other wholesalers so I'm not surprised that you feel that way.You're actually the reason I made this post and the audience I am trying to break through to since wholesaling can be done honestly and efficiently where I can retain repeat investors like @James Masotti and @Brian Pulaski.

She also knows a great group of contracts that work frequently on condos and knows the ins & outs of working on those types of properties.

What ever you decide you must bill the tenant for the cost and make sure you do frequent follow up inspections.

There are multiple CPA's/Accountant's who are frequent posters on the biggerpockets forum.

Long term rental property accumulation will make you way more money than frequent flyer perks.

They frequently have 30/40% off deals though.
