The shower issue...over time the valves get hard water build up or the seals break down so the valve doesn't function at 100% anymore...... its in no way a water safety issue....annoying.... but not a threat to the safety of the unit...Microwave....gonna cost you more for a "$20 temporary one" and then having a tech look at the original and then replace the glass.... then just replacing it.

It's annoying for everyone involved, but sometimes you just have to stay on people until the job is done.

Living in a renovation for an extended period of time tends to annoy the wife and kids.

hi solomon, justin is right, you do not need to stand out. finding your niche requires that you do many aspects of this business that you will find annoying before you find your niche. just get into it and do it. you will find what you are looking for

Yes I would love that feature to post open house for rental.this is really annoying to get so many inquiries and every prospective tenant demands a different day and time.

The downside I could see is that they may not be spectacular renters, and then you are locked into annoying, needy, or difficult to manage renters for 5 years.

Yes, it can seem annoying how rules are written.

Problem with Zillow is they have this annoying "1-click reply" where people can just click on your ad without reading it and you get an automated message "Joe is interested in your apartment at 123 Main St."

Really annoying.
