That being said, we have owned a fourplex in a small town in Michigan for about 10 years but had no guidance when we purchased, I have found all the information Bigger Pockets offers extremely helpful and I am grateful in advance to any advice on this thread.

While automation and advanced technologies help with this goal, another strategy that is often overlooked is cost segregation.

One of the biggest mistakes an investor can make when deciding to take the plunge and start spending money on Google Ads is targeting the WRONG keywords.It’s true that one way to use keyword targeting is through “broad” keyword types, which are usually less expensive and can capture various keywords you might not have considered in advance.
