Buy in an area of the city where people are upwardly mobile so they will leave in a couple years as they have high paid tech jobs. 

That is the thing about the game we are playing....every job is diferent and you can count on absolutely nothing.

Give them money or they lien the house and walk off the job. 

I mean I am looking at my options, I was planing to station myself out there as a trail because my job I  can be remote.

I have had clothes with holes in them going to work when I had a job because I didn't have money for food not alone 10 dollars for more pants back then.I went out to Barnes and Noble bookstore and started reading in the store.

Seems like they are doing a fantastic job of marketing a product that has amazing potential but isn't fully there.

The only change I have is I'm a little bear-ish on Lubbock overall - its a very linear market that doesn't have a ton of "job pull" like other markets have (tech/aerospace).
