So it would to be nice to be in an area around JBLM or a place like that because you'll always have a good pool of residents.As an original New Yorker, I find landlord/tenant laws are VERY tenant- friendly.

Even though with COVID many people are avoiding public transit, the ridership will come back, and New Yorkers pay more rent for being near transit, so you'll always have your choice of tenants.

@Richard Ibeh wrote, a nice place with great reviews will rent in the 'off-season' as long as its priced correctly.IMO, the west coast is beautiful, esp Naples but in August, you're avoiding the outside like New Yorker's avoid the outside in Jan/Feb.
