Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

@Travis Kumarare you working with a CPA? 

nothing is done until its signed but you do risk hurting a relationship with the tenants if they are proven good tenants that have been there awhile I'd simply work on a multi year or longer term lease that has set increases in it so you don't have to worry about it for awhile.

My only concern is my schedule changes all the time meaning the days I’m not scheduled to work can change to now I’m working.

I am responding as a consumer not a STR owner we had one its lasted for us for exactly one tenant then we felt it was too much work for the return  on investment we do much better loaning money and buidling new homes than to worry about people goofing up our homes :)I do have some MTR you know fully furnished homes in Vegas and those are money makers for us top of the line tneants paying double the going rate for rent.

I am working on my first BRRR, and am close to finishing up the rehab.  

You can work hard, but if you’re in the wrong circles, you’ll stay stuck.I started showing up at networking events, joining investor meetups, and connecting with people who were doing bigger deals than me.

Essentially I am looking for a clean way to organize everything as right now its very messy with how my current accountant is working things as he doesn't specialize in real estate.

It was modest by today's standards but it worked out well.
