Accredited investors will sometimes look at a "2 step DST to 721 UPREIT" that is viewed as a final step (no more 1031 exchanges).

It’s the first thing potential tenants see when they view your listing.

Realtors may view wholesalers as direct competitors who are encroaching on their territory and potentially taking away potential clients.

I understand thought about equity in properties but what have to keep in mind is how it views from financing side of the table.

I believe this is applying the law differently than intended (and I have heard the author of the law state the rationale so I believe the author of the law shares my view)

This house was already priced about $30k over comps, if based solely on br/ba count and square footage, but it was at the crest of a hill, had mountain views through big bays of windows and views of the Denver skyline.
