Would anybody in similar position be interested in starting a partnership/s to go in on a loan together?

I work for a portfolio lender as their point person for construction loans, and now I'm trying to grow the division.

Franky,You would use a Foreign National or DSCR loan for buying a property in the US while in Canada. 

You will definitely come out of pocket WAY more with seller financing than with the lowest owner occupant loans.

Nice - congrats - hard to find Multifamily DSCR Loans at that size but looks like you successfully executed!

Regarding the issue of rising interest rates, ensure that the DSCR remains robust under higher rates and lean towards fixed-rate loans.

I began inviting them to online zoom meetings I would hold with brokers, agents and investors... friends I had made along the way, where we would just talk strategy, loan types, current market trends etc.

That HE loan would make you cash flow negative on the first property, especially considering you are not even factoring in any repairs, maintenance, vacancy or management.
