Tom moved to Denver to head our office there and to directly participate in the local commercial real estate community.

The advantage here is PML is a loan, and will not participate in the equity upside upon sale. 

I'm moving in a few months but I will definitely participate until then.

Even if I have rented houses for 6 years, since I never participate in the property management, I am new to this topic, too.

in regards to participating in Auction.com; online auctions, (and an out of country investor with boots on the ground to mobilize any rehab after the fact and peak in windows before hand)  ....is there any immediate hick up I am not seeing, regarding funding, earnest money, anything else, that should keep an out of country investor sidelined......I have never participated in an online auction and would like to participate while I am out of country....fear, unknown is keeping me sidelined.mattlooking at florida market particpation, jacksonville fl

I have recently invested more capital in MHPs and SS but am starting to participate in some MF offerings (got wait-listed on an offering last night).I often hear that they are not building B class MF but I see it some in the southeast.
