I only make $15 hourly part time 3 days a week(still in school to become a nurse).

Doctors and Nurses, college professors, and mid- upper level executives at local companies.

My kids tell me they'll pick out a nice nursing home for me as long as I stick to the plan.Vacation home - don't  discount this as frivolous. 

We identified other areas that travel nurses frequent, now my wife and I have 9 condos that we rent short term in CA and TX.

-Elderly women passes away with a debt to nursing home and other related health bills liened against the property. ($250,000 debt/liens)-Home is valued at maybe $16,000.00 (fixer-upper)-County officials told executor that home will enter tax sale status at end of February if ($3000.00) property taxes are not paid and will then be sold at public tax sale in the fall.

He works in hospital as nurse and seems to be a nice guy, he does has a bankruptcy history (home got foreclosed a few years ago).

I have been lucky to have a friend and my mother pay for the full time nurse.  

The 3/2, 1200 sq. ft. block house  I have been repairing for the last six months, near MacDill AFBase, is being sold to an old tenant and his sister who is going blind as a retired nurse.

I am not an expert, but I believe that c/o usually means that whoever owns the house is alive but very ill, probably in a nursing home.  

I'd like to buy a wilting tomato plant and nurse it back to health, in a rose garden preferably.( this analogy being A class neighborhoods are rose gardens & B class neighborhoods are vegetable gardens, both good gardens.)Could it be divided into a duplex?
