How do ya end a war with an O&G baron invading a nation?

The unfortunate reality is that the national average is around 28k for hairstylists.I own my own salon suite, and believe it or not it's the most money I've ever made in my career so going back to a traditional salon is not an option I plan to pursue.I was planning to so a small multifamily (duplex or triplex), live in one side and rent the other out (my boyfriend would also be paying me rent as well).There is no shame in what you earn!

There is a team of individual and corporate investors who have hired a firm to fight these efforts. 

They are going to take it from here and see it through entitlement to sell the parcel to a national homebuilder. 

When I apply for the business bank accounts, I give them my LLC's EIN and also my own SSN as the owner and their form asked me if this LLC will be taxed as sole prop or corporation and I selected sole prop.

There are consequences for our government decisions and a lot of current policy and national sentiment continues to be inflationary (tighter immigration, high tariffs, wars, nationalism/isolationism, child tax credits, student loan forbearance, high government spending/deficits). 

It's a way better experience if you can find a local resource than these larger, national servicers.

I've done roughly 100 flips since 1998, and routinely work with several local hard money lenders in my area as well as a few national ones.
