I'm a cancer surviver in remission since 2012.I'd been interested in investing in real estate for awhile now but I been scared because when I finally decided to start in 2008 with a single family home that was a shortsale for 500,s I got it for 420,s I was happy at the time because I was going to remodel it and sell it but the market took another hit and I ended upside down.

Anthony nope what I did was had a cashier check dated for the day of the rent then I got sick off the treatments I really don’t care for cancer but I called Shannon the manager and she said don’t worry I showed her a pic of the check and she said don’t worry then next day that manager called and told me bring it by 2 .

"Oh, this or that delay, my uncle has brain cancer, bla bla bla, we need 45 days to close now" -- and meanwhile they are off calling me to apply for a mortgage, which was their plan from the start, while keeping that inspection contingency in place so they can back out if all doesn't go as planned.)
