If the contract is in an LLC (or other entity, including a trust where you're a beneficiary) where you (licensee) holds a greater than 10% interest, your husband must disclose because you are in fact one of the buyers.

If you are doing 100% assignments then they believe that is a blatant attempt to circumvent licensee law and you should have a real estate license to do that.There was a lot more discussed after my discussion ended with the full Commission.

The likelihood of something like that getting a licensee in trouble, is minimal, considering the amount of unethical business that occurs in general.
