@Kang-Li ChengI cannot comment on this specific company but we buy loans from similar companies (both performing and non performing) and I Can say the consistent component to these companies is they are horrible at underwriting and write loans to collect the points / fees but many of the loans we see we cannot believe they gave that person a loan.I am curious what types of returns they targeted as the invest in one asset model to me is very risky.

Probably based on this "Within 21 days after move-out, the landlord must send the tenant an itemized statement explaining in detail any deductions from the security deposit (unless they total less than $125), and return the rest of the deposit."

My wife and I don't want to follow the scale up construction company model (we already did and it wasn't the best).We do a lot of labor on our projects and are looking in to the future and realizing our bodies will not hold out over time.

For anyone who wondered here a year later, if you also use Innago, you can avoid manually entering expenses by scanning the receipts and the item description and total $ amount will load automatically, as long as everything on the receipt is expenses for the unit.

@Alecia Loveless, I think what you have to lose by taking an action like that is potentially deducting the value of those items from what they owe you.
