I'm new to the RE investing world and I'm seriously looking into buying SFH and/or multi-family that will end up being rented out.Just to give some quick background about myself, I'm 26 years old and currently living in they bay area (though live most of my life in the mid west).

My name is Brian and I'm a 26 year old originally born and raised in the Midwest (Cleveland area specifically), but I've been living in the bay area for almost 3 years now as I got my first "big boy" job in tech.I'm a newbie when it comes to RE investing but I'm very interested in rental RE.
