My question is, do you think that it could be worth the wait until the early spring to list it, or to just list it right in the middle of the holidays or shortly thereafter? 

Granted, who wants to move their family over the holidays but more important, I have tenants that are paying so I left it as it was.

I'm in Austin visiting my daughter and her family for the Thanksgiving Holiday and I'm amazed at what's happening here what with companies like Apple and Google moving into the area.In fact my son-in-law moved here from OC, Cali because his Executive Search firm all but demanded it due to his high tech CEO, CFO, CEE job requests in the Austin area.

Jim I would definitely like to attend a meet up with the Inland Empire Real Estate Club, is there going to be one in December with the Holidays.  

Also I'd keep looking through the holidays and winter.
