Hi everyone,so I found 2 properties with tax sale signs on them in upcoming areas, I’m assuming this is like an auction because it says that it foregoing execution to be sold at the tax commissioners office on June 4th.

Kitchen cabinets were ash and I was able to get a cabinet guy to drill for european hinges and I used GF Java gel stain with a final coat of poly.

One point to the public good is that you will probably have to agree with compliance matters relating to any new lot and you'll increase the tax rate as single family structures being on separate lots.You'll likely need to attend your county commission meeting where the request will be presented and address questions of commissioners.

My thought is to get a line of credit and use it only for acquisitions, and then immediately refinance the investment properties I purchase with their own mortgage.My thought is that if I use cash as a bragaining tool (the offers I make will llok jus tlike cash offers to the seller) and buy at a discount (foreclosures, pre-foreclosure, master commissioner, short sales, etc.), then when I refinance I can get most of my money or all of my money back out, effectively buying with $0 down.

,Ikea (if available in your area), has double sinks in a compact form. they usually also work with their vanities, but to gain space the plumbing is really strange (end european size) and not sure if their setup will pass code inspection everywhere.P.S. sorry to jump latter but your threads are so educational
