On Foxnews.com this morning there was an article that alerted me of a Tidal Wave of Properties that were going to start popping up on the market: https://www.foxnews.com/lifest...Essentially, what they are alerting to is the fact that as Baby Boomers pass away, they are leaving behind their homes, vacation homes, etc..They expect more than double the properties that came on over the past 10 years to come onto the market. 

I see that there may be a second wave of Stimulus packages offered from SBA.

At least then taxes would be paid other than sales tax to push revenue into the U.S. system.I think they are already living here, renting, etc. so I do not see this massive wave of increased rentals from it. 

I don't care if they're waving $3,000 at me in hundred dollar bills.

I have been down throughout the week and a smile and hand wave was returned by all tenants that I saw. 

The easiest way honestly, is to get a deal under contract and wave that deal around.As long as your deals are homerun deals, finding cash buyers is the least of your issues.

What was less obvious was investors who bought stocks at local peaks also did extremely well(I can't recall how he defined 'local peaks,' but we can hand-wave a bit here.)

And did you get into those areas 8 years ago, and were able to ride a growth wave? 

I think a reasonable person can see why an agent would resent feeling like they were 'obliged' to pay this advertising (in return for leads), and can see why a reasonable person (agent) might wave a flag and say, 'Hey guys!
