Buy the desktop version of Quickbooks and set up the chart of accounts in there to export the I/E statement you are looking for. 

For brick and mortar purchases, I scan the receipt with my phone onto Google Drive, and it automatically downloads the file onto my desktop for me to put in a folder the next time I am sitting at my computer.
