I laughed it off, after wondering how hard it would be to get the moderators home address.I think my concept is simple and I'm looking for some simple numbers I can begin to get some general construction cost on paper, as well as start to compile a list of people that can do the work.

I grew up in the land business its an old and tried and true from the original land grants and gold rush days and then colonial lands.. to the Louisiana purchase.. and the mother of all land deals the purchasing of Alaska from Russia..the concept is dead simple.1. rural properties that are handed down over time are prime targets.2. buy for cash3. sell on terms  500 down 50 a month.4. do hundreds of them..
