I am personally aware of at least 4 specific groups  (including RTR) promoting that market to their investors, which can create somewhat of an artificial market.

Termination periods...4 months just to comply with an artificial date.

Once you get to a point where you can speak intelligently & have a good base knowledge, it is much easier to approach someone and ask to partner or be a mentee.

US real estate prices are artificially popped up by a huge debt bubble as a result of decades of questionable FED policies.

This dude has been IN THE BUSINESS I tell you.People need to try to be more intelligent when it comes to targeting people.

And best of all, rely on YOUR intelligence and common sense.

I was mindlessly scrolling Facebook shortly after this and saw a friend from HS (who was not the best kid nor the most intelligent) accepting an invite to an event called "How to make $50k in a month" and I figured it was the biggest scam ever.

Seriously man... the key to success seriously is common sense, intelligence, testing, evaluating, tweaking, testing again.Not persistency nor activity, nor consistency.

It is a gadamn random number that some friggin clown just pulled out of their butt, and everyone without a brain, no intelligence, jsut loved it and because there are far more dumb people than smart ones... the 70% stuck! 

Up to this point I've seen used good emotional intelligence and catered to her every need.
