You are also making a choice to evict a tenant, who isn't that far behind in the scope of things and fire a PM over actions that have yet to happen with no regard to its impact on your bottom line or even entertain the thought that it could have been avoided if you had aced differently.

Also, in regards to changing filters, would it be best to pay a property management team to replace these every 3 months with one of those ace hardware filters or require another service?
