This is a fate I want to avoid and when I was 17 nearing my birthday I started to realize I was going down the same path which scared me into taking my finances seriously, that eventually led me here.The last thing I feel I need to mention is that I am currently lost!

Already plotting to give her the Cash Flow for Kids board game for her 7th birthday. ;)

I'm definitely using this as I go into this...I like how you use your birthday as a benchmark to work off of.

Today is my Birthday, and it is ALSO the 121st day since the Deed was filed!

We started talking to him at her birthday party and let him know we are interested in investing in RE and he offered to teach my husband and invited us to a class that he is giving.

Unfortunately, after being her longest and most loyal tenant in the house and this being at my lowest point, with my 50th birthday coming up on the 26th, my landlord has decided to give me a 3 day pay or quit notice, and now I'm more stressed out then before with trying to figure out what I need to do in this situation.

She also told me that she had promised her granddaughter a puppy for her birthday in May.

We try to do something at least twice a year for our great tenants, like a gift card around the holidays and cards around their birthdays.  

It was close to Christmas when my property manager called me and gave me the bad news: one of the tenants was celebrating his son's birthday and invited the boy's uncle to the party.

When I gave birthday gifts to friends, they were handmade instead of store-bought.
