I finally found one at 20% higher than I was paying, but with a higher deductible and greatly reduced coverages (loss of rent from one year to 3 months, liability from $500K to $300K, everything else cut or excluded).Personal opinion (I work in insurance) and those of pretty much everyone I've spoken to in the industry feel we are at least a few years away from anything softening. 

I wouldn't recommend jumping into the industry and charging a fee when you don't have set systems and processes yet---could leave a bad reputation.Another option is investing in a coaching program and having people who have already succeeded in this industry guide you in the co-hosting space. 

There is some industry in Albany, namely, Miller Brewing, Proctor & Gamble, and a small Marine base.

I've found success in passive investing as a means to learn the industry since my money is put to work but more experienced sponsors are doing the heavy lifting and I can learn from everything they're doing.

Hey Steven, There are many scammy hard money loan companies as this side of the industry is unregulated.

This includes budgeting for initial investments, calculating potential returns, and having a contingency plan for unexpected expenses.Real Estate is a vast industry, and with dedication, continuous learning, and ample networking, success is within reach.

While job shadowing is a bit unique, we’ve done it before for those seriously interested in the industry.
