get an agent to provide this its updated by the minute on the MLS systems.. simple push of the computer buttons.. or keyboard as it were.

In the same area looking to do virtually the same exact thing.

Virtually without exception you get higher COCR when leveraged than you do when fully paid.

Hello,I want to start virtual wholesaling properties in the southern states.

There are investors doing deals in virtually every neighborhood in the valley.   

It borders my property on two sides, and virtually anything short of it staying the way it is (wooded) is going to severely derail my quality of life - and I'd rather not have to move. 

Most who were doing OOS RE at the Great Recession lost virtually everything.
