Yes I am complaining but I am in the boat of I do not see it worse than before, it has changed an AI has it being so obvious and I saw an AI post the other day from someone who has an excellent reputation and had a good amount of responses and left it, but I know it was AI based on the structure.

I have a 100 unit portfolio based in Louisville and Lexington KY mixed between SFH, and 4-8 unit apts.Biggest help for me was their ability to insure closer to the purchase price instead of replacement cost. the team is great and I’ve been happy with the claims process.

@Zach Howard there is no agreed upon Classification in the 1-4 unit market.We've done our best to logically create a system for our market, mostly based upon relative sale prices, but also using crime rates, rents, occupant income and a few other variables.
