Also I am utterly shocked at the number of folks in here saying no lease until taking money.

Since then, I have had trouble with my current lender due to errors in Dominion's initial disbursement of my escrow account and insurance payments they had withheld.I have been managing properties for years now and I have never encountered such difficulty communicating with a lender, not to mention their utter lack of accountability and the low value they place on customer satisfaction.

As an owner and property manager, a strong property management company can be the difference to utter failure and huge success.  

Then you sell the problem ones and chill with what's left.

We hit some turbulence with the pandemic but luckily since I was a licensed realtor and we had great renters in the duplex, we made it out and have been able to get some cash flowing properties with a HELOC and life is chilling out! 

After that, if I really wanna keep at it, my next focus would be finding homeless men of good character with absolutely nothing and nobody in the winter chill and making them my employees and possible business partners.

WiFi and roku tv are definitely winners for us since we Netflix and chill.

The #1 issue is with there MLM style recruitment and "mirror-fogging" level of entry requirement, the organization is utterly flooded with those who are totally clueless of anything real estate, it's the wallstreetbets of realty.
