Rather than making a smart remark I'll just say that it's not for everyone.

You only win relative to the long-term averages of the stock market or real estate if gold appreciates on the timeline that you predict, and only if you are remarkably.

You're right and I should clarify my remarks accordingly: IF you intend on maxing out your retirement plan contributions, you'll be subject to the same contribution thresholds for 1 plan.

I only filtered based on list prices of 1.6-1.7, if I were to go thru every listing remark, rental history, or projections then we would have a greater sample size and thus be subject to change.  3.

All remarks that I have read have been great, but what I have learned over the years (in general) that it all depends on you.
