Even forclosures are expensive in Web. so your equity amount on start up is low (I bought thru HUD, had 10% equity after closing and still had 3K in repairs w/ me as the contractor but I was looking at a long term investment and had not started my business education).

Any CMS or other type of web design will still have to be hosted somewhere.Often, website hosting companies also offer website building services, but understand that they are different things... those packages are often ridiculously priced (yes GoDaddy, I'm talking to you).

I am currently emailing for prices and have learned through the web that most of these houses were foreclosed on due to not receiving basic government essentials which led to people not paying taxes.
