I understand there is a shortage of supply on the market in many of the areas but can we continue to see an increase in prices within the next 2-5 years and are these prices sustainable?

Getting the time frame in writing is a good idea, but if you haven’t had any problems with him in 5 years, I doubt you’re gonna have any issues with the camper being moved in a timely manner.

No to real estate investment for the timebeing for me at least ( temporary)Because I already invested and I want to see how the market is doing, I want to learn more, networking.I am against real estate gurus who says invest in big amount and leave your job bla bla bpa, first when you invest in big amount and you do have cash the interest rate will be huge and this decrease your profit and yield/ cap , also high yield mean high risk second real estate as any business have good time and bad time so leaving your sustainable job and depends mainly on real estate investment is quite risky method, if one could generate double or triple his income real estate this is something else, I don't think typical person could rich quickly without high risk

Also, as far as good signs for a market: look for job growth, population growth in the area in the last several years, see how many major employers are there, whether these major employers can sustain the population growth, whether these are the types of employers that will remain for a long time (in demand, like a Hospital or College), also how close is a town to the large metro, can people get to work under one hour.

I'd just add that you should include in your operating agreement a very detailed explanation of how issues are resolved, voting power for all members and who is at the helm of the organization (i'd also spell out roles and responsibilities for each member in a very explicit manner)

or private aviation.. were you can buy 500 to 10 million dollar planes with 5% down and get section 179 that industry would crash.. just like RVs and all other manner of things we really don't need :) Credit that's what runs this stuff..
