I don't know the details of your lease - rents, length of lease, triple net, commission amount - but if it makes financial sense and makes the customer happy then absolutely pay for it.

If it tends to be for a pretty set time frame it may be more of a tutoring/teaching type of situation.I tend to stay out of my tenants' business unless it involves safety of the neighbors or some kind of major crime, so yes, drug dealing would fall into that but most lower level dealers will have more than 1 customer and many high level ones who might only have one visitor are not as likely to have them daily.

May be able to google too.Most wholesale carpet stores will quote you a lot less than the guys advertising on TV and with big fancy showrooms but know there is still room to negotiate but may take you purchasing several times so that the salesman realizes you are a return customer.
