@Rahul BuraAside from the entrusting of your data integrity and security to a third-party - which may or may not be a good thing depending on your own capabilities - you stumble into the problem that while "the Cloud" is etherial from the consumer's perspective it is tethered to a datacenter (or more than one) which has a physical address on the surface of the Earth.

Hello all,I'm a new investor who stumbled across BP while doing research online.I'm someone who thought about "flipping" for many years and have recently pulled the trigger.  

I recently stumbled across the bigger pockets website while searching "how to flip houses guides".

(active listings at 28K down almost 2K from 2014) My thought is people wont sell if they can't buy.This does not seem like much, but given the market was heading up like a NASA rocket, this seems like a stumble.

Here's a strategy that I accidentally stumbled upon and has worked incredibly well so far.I'm not familiar with the market in Arizona, but you could consider something that's below market value, like a short sale or bank owned.
