If you can stomach the damages from the inevitable off campus parties the properties can make good investments.

All of these worries are legitimate concerns that investors must stomach, but what is your BIGGEST CONCERN in today's market? 

Still some opportunity their in lower market if you have the stomach for that type of asst.

I personally can't stomach auction prices unless I have the opportunity to inspect the property in advance.   

Lesson learned- never make real estate decisions on an empty stomach. :-)
