So, specifically I am still curious how someone would change their approach to branding/hosting from 2 STRs that are SFHs to a 10 cabin property.

There are a lot more things that occur as part of the contract that would be included including valuations for each parcel, specific tax consequences, proffers offered to the city etc.

Would need to know a bit more before giving a specific direction but it is usually best to hang on to your property and not sell whether you expand on it or rent it out and purchase a bigger property.  

When the tenant moves out and the funds are distributed either to the tenant or the landlord for damages, then the subaccount for that specific tenant has a zero balance and that subaccount is closed. 

Ask specifically what is needed to comply.
