Should you get poison ivy outbreak on your skin, a hairdryer will be your best friend. 

So my business partner and I started working on it and had some friends come over thinking it would get done faster, but they didn’t have any skin in the game so the care and concern painting, flooring, etc they had wasn’t the same as ours.

@Jon Holdman It appears on the surface that the risk is lower on a vacant piece of land, but insurance exists for the things you can't see.

Now I currently try to connected investors to their next asset(s) in hopes of closing a major deal so i can start putting skin in the game and start building my asset portfolio as well.        

Its still a workout, especially using them on a vertical surface like this. 

They have more skin in the game then you do.Make sure you get clear title.

My personal opinion is that agents make too much off all sales with very little (or no) skin in the game.

From my experience on 5+ units lenders are going to want more skin in the game and I see minimum 20-30% needed down.  

HML isn't going to lend with 3.5% skin in the game unless it's your uncle or parent.

You will get this later in life when you reflect, and realized that you have barely scratched the surface of this thing called life.So, while your contribution is welcomed, maybe practice on your delivery would be helpful. :)
